Your identity, resume/cv, and conversations with us will be kept strictly confidential until you give us permission to contact law firms on your behalf.
We will work with you to find you the best firm for you and your clients, not hammer a square peg into a round hole.
Our process involves keeping your identity confidential for as long as reasonably possible even after you have given us permission to proceed.
We determine first whether the law firm we’re contacting has interest in your general background and qualifications before we reveal your identity by providing your resume/CV to them.
We promise to:
- Return all phone calls and emails promptly.
- Answer your questions fairly and truthfully.
- Keep you current about the decision-making process.

Under most circumstances, we do not accept retained searches because of the conflicts they create during the recruiting process.
We are confident that our results-based fees create the best placements for both candidates and law firms.
We do welcome hearing about your current needs, however, and we will do our best to find attorneys who match your firm’s interests and requirements.
We will find you the candidates you want, not the ones we think you should want.
We recognize that your time is valuable, and we will do our best to ensure that only attorneys who are serious about making a move to a new law firm will be presented to you.
In return, we ask that you meet only with attorneys who are serious contenders for joining your firm. We ask that you treat our candidates’ privacy with the same respect and confidentiality that you would want yours treated.
